TRABE ARQUITECTURA was founded in 2000 by Carlos Uzal Cabanas (Registered Technical Architect No. 572), and since then has been providing technical architectural services for individuals and companies in A Estrada. The studio has a solid professional background and proven experience in the fields of architectural design, construction and construction management, applying bioclimatic and sustainable concepts.
However, aware of the widely diversified and specialised nature of the architecture and building sector, TRABE ARQUITECTURA develops its activity in a generalist and comprehensive manner, carrying out work ranging from technical advice to the drafting of building projects.
We count on the permanent collaboration of qualified professionals in those sectors of activity complementary to Architecture, such as topographers, geologists, engineers, etc.
We carry out a prior assessment of each of the proposed works, proposing the best options for carrying them out, and agreeing in advance on complete and detailed fee estimates, with the aim of offering our clients a professional service in an agile, serious, rigorous and demanding manner.

During the process of the execution of an architectural project, it is necessary to have signed an optional management contract with: Construction management, Architect (art. 12.1 of the Law 38/99 on building regulations Loe), Construction execution management, Quantity surveyor or Technical Architect (art. 13.1 Loe) and Health and safety coordinator of the construction site (art. 3 Rd 1627/1997 Health and safety in construction works).
