We apply these same criteria to the interiors, seeking a harmonious relationship between the interior and the exterior, with cross-ventilation. We also promote flexible homes, understanding this flexibility as the ability for any type of family to adapt to them.
Our firm is characterized by its thorough work in all aspects of interior design, defining finishes and materials and taking care of every detail. Our services can also include the design of outdoor spaces and the development of communal areas, swimming pools, landscaping, etc.
We handle the entire process of obtaining the relevant licenses and procedures, controlling budgets, and supervising and managing the construction work.
During the process of execution of an architectural project, it is necessary to have signed a contract of optional direction with: Construction management, Architect (art. 12.1 of Law 38/99 on building regulations Loe), Construction execution management, Surveyor or Technical Architect (art. 13.1 Loe) and Health and Safety Coordinator of the work (art. 3 Rd 1627/1997 Health and Safety in construction works).
