Thus, these projects contemplate interventions in structural pathologies, adapting the facilities either by returning the building to its original state or modifying it to accommodate the new required needs:

In the project design and development process, we apply the same guidelines and demanding standards as those used in the execution of new construction projects.
During the process of execution of an architectural project, it is necessary to have signed a contract of optional direction with: Construction management, Architect (art. 12.1 of Law 38/99 of building regulations LOE), Construction execution management, Surveyor or Technical Architect (art. 13.1 LOE) and Safety and health coordinator of the work (art. 3 Rd 1627/1997 Safety and health in construction works).
