During the process of the execution of an architectural project, it is necessary to have signed a contract of optional management with: Construction management, Architect (art. 12.1 of the Law 38/99 on building regulations loe), Construction execution management, Quantity Surveyor or Technical Architect (art. 13.1 Loe) and Health and Safety Coordinator of the construction site (art. 3 Rd 1627/1997 Health and Safety in construction works).
