The relationship between TRABE ARQUITECTURA and the User shall be governed by current Spanish law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals with jurisdiction to hear any related disputes. TRABE ARQUITECTURA expressly declines to submit to Arbitration Boards or any other arbitration proceedings.
